<p>It sounds along the same lines as <a href="http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?dest=5&amp;item=190722">Jimmy Dean&#8217;s Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Sausage on a Stick</a> which was designed for those who can&#8217;t decide between a meaty breakfast or a sweet pancake but with the helpful addition of a stick so you don&#8217;t get grease on your cell phone while texting on the way to work.</p>

<p>In looking for some visual additions to the post I came across this. A cheeseburger and doughnut in one &#8211; I can feel the gag reflex before even taking a bite. There&#8217;s got to be some kind of law about this amount of sugar and fat in one fistful of food.</p>
